The Cantina at GE HealthCare serves around 800 guests a day. As part of their sustainability agenda and a climate initiative launched by Uppsala municipality (Klimatklivet), the restaurant run by Sodexo, has started climate labeling their food using Klimato’s services. By using more climate-savvy ingredients and informing the guests of the different climate impacts of the meals, the cantina has reduced the average carbon footprint per meal in four months - by a full 25%.
